Excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to assist the construction of at least one of two new build Schools, for an ambitious business that has set its sights on being at the forefront of offsite building solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years in construction projects. You will prosper in an empowered environment that requires you to take ownership for the project at hand, whilst reporting to the commercial manager.

The Role:

* Frequent communication with Commercial Manager regarding any cost, value or margin challenges associated with the project.

* Working on at least one of two new school construction projects.

* Manage subcontract accounts within budget

* Producing final accounts and giving regular client updates to ensure expectations are met.

The Person:

* Degree / HND or HNC in Quantity Surveying

* Experience working on relevant construction projects

* Ability to effectively communicate with all team member's, sub-contractors and the Commercial Manager

* CSCS Card
