Overall Purpose:

We are looking for talented HR professionals to help us deliver our mission through the recruitment of others. You will be part of a wider generalist recruitment team. Our focus is on recruiting quality candidate to fill a whole range of IT and digital roles from the most junior to the most senior leadership roles. This is an area of recruitment which is fairly new to our in house team, you will bring the expertise we need to fulfil the role whilst developing the capability within the team to leave a legacy of knowledge and capability within the team to allow them to operate in this area in to the future. You will have specific focus on IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

*Delivering end to end IT recruitment.

*Designing campaigns.

*Designing assessment approaches to select the right people for our business

*Working with agencies and external providers to secure the talent we need.

*Advising line managers on optimum resourcing solutions

*Generate market intelligence to inform our approach to IT and digital recruitment

Essential Skills and Experience:

You will be experienced IT and digital recruiter with:

1. Experience of delivering complex IT recruitment campaigns.

2. Strong influencing and communication skills with the ability to develop successful relationships with your senior stakeholders. Under pinned by sound analytical skills with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively using a variety of media.

3 Experience of developing, improving and delivering an IT recruitment service in a changing environment, leading others to deliver.

4 Experience of developing and producing MI to enable management of recruitment performance.

5 The experience and know how to identify and progress the most effective route to filling roles.

6. You will have the 'know how' required to successfully fill IT and digital roles through a variety of routes.

Ways of Working:

Working remotely currently during the pandemic although normally office based. During the current situation you may need to attend the office in Bootle occasionally.

You will have your own laptop and mobile phone.
