JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Technical Solution Architect/LeadInside IR35 Location: UK Department/Practice:Retail Job Purpose and primary objectives: Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): Role - Technical Solution Architect/Lead - Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities (please specify if the position will have persons reporting to it): Support Delivery Lead in Technical Leadership & delivery of work across multiple teams & technologies. Work with 4-5 Business Analysts & 5-6 Technical teams Key Skills/Knowledge: Skills and Experience The role is to support continuous delivery within a large team (Sterling implementation) Strong experience as Technical Lead, or hands-on Technical Solution Architect is required across multiple technologies & teams. Specific technology experience isn't essential (Sterling, Java, RDBMS) but would benefit from experience in complex process and functionality, and working on a variety of projects that span size, complexity & technologies. We are looking for someone who is very strong on communication and influencing skills. Responsibilities and Deliverables To support the Delivery Lead in the technical leadership & delivery of work within the large Delivery team, working with 4 BAs & 5-6 technical teams. Experience required: Relevant experience >10 years Duration of the Assignment: 10 months (Extendable)
