Dynamics 365 CE Business Analyst My Financial Services sector client are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Business Analyst to join at the start of a 2 year + CRM transformation programme, replacing a legacy platform. The role will work closely with the Programme Manager and external supplier who will be carrying out the development. Key Skills & Experience:Dynamics 365 CE & Dynamics CRM experience, and Financial Services experienceExperienced in the entire SDLC - RFI, RFP, discovery, etc.Excellent stakeholder management skills and proven experience of working with senior stakeholdersExperience of managing an external implementation partner and ensuring they are providing a product that matches business requirements, adhering to compliance, industry standards, etc.Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, but it would also be beneficial to have experience in business architecture, TOM design, etc. This is for an initial 6 month contract, and as the company grows more opportunity for work will open up, therefore extensions are likely.
