Our Project Delivery Support Team is integral to making sure that our ambitious targets for digital transformation are achieved. As the Project Delivery Support Team Leader you'll be responsible for managing and leading a team which looks after our project portfolio, supports our programme and project delivery team and manages a wide variety of smaller projects and deliverables

You'll get to see the big picture of how the work that we do supports our digital strategy and changes lives for people in the borough. By understanding and reporting on the portfolio you'll be ideally placed to review project processes and procedures, identify issues and dependencies and lead on introducing improvements and new ways of working. It's a chance to really take ownership by guiding project managers, devising new approaches to project delivery and empowering the team by creating a supportive environment.

With an understanding of different project management approaches, you'll have proven experience and fantastic organisation, reporting and relationship skills. Although we are currently working remotely, it is important that you will be able to travel to Hounslow when required after restrictions are lifted.
