We're more than digital. We're improving lives.

This is a chance to lead change and bring transformation to our services and residents. As part of the Digital and IT team, you'll manage change and problems throughout the life cycle of our systems.

You'll be a great benefit to the whole organisation by reducing operational costs and enhancing the user experience.  You'll act as the gatekeeper by identifying risks and problems that exist or may arise through change and think beyond simply fixing them by having a vision of the bigger picture.  You'll work on the implementation of strategic projects and operational initiatives, taking a long-term view of the impact and use a broad range of knowledge and skill to enhance the process of change.  You will make measured decisions, understanding and agreeing acceptable levels of risk whilst avoiding introducing new issues, operational problems, vulnerabilities and delays.

We're looking for an experienced professional, with a broad technical knowledge and a methodical approach who has excellent attention to detail.  In return for your skills, we can offer the chance to be part of an inclusive team, within an incredible borough.  Hounslow has green spaces, unique history, cosmopolitan hubs and fantastic transport links - in short, it's unlike anywhere else. At the heart of all this is our council, offering flexible working, career development and a whole range of generous benefits.

Join us at the forefront of innovation and use your skills to make a positive impact.

Although we are currently working remotely, it is important that you will be able to travel to Hounslow when required after restrictions are lifted.

You must be eligible to work in the UK.
