An established multi-national Semiconductor company currently seeks a Junior Analog IC Design Engineer to be based in their Design Centre in Milan, Italy. A unique opportunity to join an experienced team of engineers and build on your Analog IC Design career. In this role the Junior Analog IC Design Engineer will be involved in definition, design, evaluation, analysing and debugging Analog and Mixed Signal Integrated circuits for state of the art Power Management products.  Responsibilities include:Design Analog blocks such as; amplifiers, comparators, bandgap circuits, oscillators,  DC/DC converters, and switched capacitor convertersDesign from concept datasheet to productionWork with Systems Engineering to define key blocks and systemsUse various software environments for behavioral modeling and verificationCollaborate with Product and Systems Engineers during silicon evaluation and test developmentVerify operation of new products in laboratory testing, including designing required test hardware and softwareEvaluate and debug circuits at the IC levelIndustry degree qualified you will have 0 - 3 years Analog IC Design experience along with creative problem solving skills which are essential for this position. Experience in Power Management IC design is a plus.  Experience is required in precision Analog CMOS, BiCMOS, Bipolar and/or DMOS design along with excellent knowledge of Cadence design tools.
