£30,000 - £40,000 + Progression + 25 days Holiday + Company Benefits

Fantastic opportunity for an Quantity Surveyor with rail experience to join a growing and dynamic Engineering firm.

On offer is the chance to work on innovative projects covering a wide range of disciplines and values throughout the region. They deliver effective engineering solutions within Electrical and Mechanical engineering, Telecoms and engineering design.

Within this role you will be required to price and forecast the costing requirements for different materials and projects. You will be preparing relevant documentation including contracts, tender documents and budgets. Also tracking change control and conducting cost to complete analysis as projects develop and requirements change. Liaising with different parties throughout the planning and implementation stages.

The successful candidate will have experience working as a quantity surveyor, with experience working on rail projects. Ideally you will have worked with a contractor of Network Rail, with an understanding of relevant requirements and policies. You will have a desire to be a part of a growing business, and to develop your knowledge base within the industry.

The Role:

*Delivering high quality solutions on a diverse range of projects

*Deliver pricing and forecasting on all aspects of projects

*Produce relevant documentation including budgets, contracts and tender documents

The Person:

*Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor

*Experience working on rail projects within the discipline

*Knowledge and understanding of relevant principles within the sector
