Job Introduction In this newly created role you'll produce digital analytics to help the Society make data-driven decisions in order to benefit our customer experience and commercial outputs. This includes using the latest digital tools and techniques to identify opportunities and make recommendations, along with supporting the development of new products and services. What you'll be doing Working closely with other team members, you'll deliver continuous improvements to our digital platforms. You'll be responsible for producing a wide range of digital analytics , making sure you track performance against agreed KPI's for our website and digital assets from both a customer experience and commercial and marketing performance perspective.

As a senior member of the team, you'll help steer our strategic framework and promote a culture of analytical curiosity by providing innovate data solutions to business questions. In an ever changing world, it's important you keep up to date with external technical developments to help keep the Society at the forefront of digital analytics.

You'll be an excellent communicator with the ability to present complex data to a non-technical audience.
