Outside IR35 DV Cleared Project Support / Administration officer to work for our Government Client to play a supporting role in the Supply Chain PMO, undertaking a wide range of activities to enable an effective BAU function and implementation of various project work packages.

The role of Design Team Support (DTS) is to provide enabling and support functions for the Joint Design Team to allow the smooth running of the team. The DTS function will include administration tasks for the team, information movement tasks and creation and information management of library processes/functions/artefacts for design repository.

The Support role will be the focal point for all DaaP (AS) JDT administrative and information management activities.

1.Provide project / administrative support to all JDT members

2.Work closely with any MSP provided administrators to ensure full JDT support provided

3.Provide information management activities to control artefacts produced by JDT

4.Provide information movement services for information produced by or required for the JDT

5.Identification of innovation opportunities to improve the business

6.Administrative advice and guidance to wider teams engaging with JDT

7.Provide Secretariat duties for Digital Enablement engagement - DIDAB, ISEP, AGB
