CNC Machine Shop Supervisor / Planner£30,000 - £35,000 + Career Progression + Offline Programming training + Days based Monday - FridayOffice and workshop based, commutable from Shrewsbury, Stoke on Trent, Telford, Whitchurch, Shropshire and surrounding areas. Are you from CNC Machine shop background with CNC Programming experience who has team leader or supervisory experience combined with planning production schedules looking to join an industry leading manufacturer who have thrived throughout COVID and are looking to expand their with on going training and the scope for future progression where you will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the CNC workshop? This is a great opportunity to get on board and work for a well-established and growing manufacturer where you will help lead and manage a team of 20 engineers whilst working alongside senior management to improve and develop yourself and your team. This company have been established for over 2 decades and have close to 50 employees, they are known to develop their staff and have a high standard and great reputation in the sector.
