Infor M3 Developer / Support Systems ExpertRemote, UK£45-50k THE OPPORTUNITY:An opportunity has become available for an Infor M3 Developer / Support Systems Expert to help with the day-to-day development and support of M3 within the business. They are looking for a go-to person for all things technical M3 who is able to provide guidance and support on related projects and issues. There are 3 main parts to the role - development, support and maintenance of M3 environments.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:MEC development and integration experience as well as mapping (essential)MAK experience is desirableProvide support with ticketingMaintenance of day-to-day issues and necessary troubleshooting and recovery actions efficientlyLead technical developments on projects such as M3 enhancements, server migrations / data base enhancements and upgradesRoutine maintenance will include daily checks to ensure system availability and peak performanceIdentify and leverage the system capabilities of M3 to assist with the resolution of business related issues or provide insight into process improvements, championing new ideas where relevantResponsible for maintenance of all system and technical documentation in relation to the M3 environments, for support and audit purposesWhilst the primary purpose of this role is focussed on Infor M3 and its associated technologies, you may also become involved in other technologies and applications as required to support the European business.SYSTEMS EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS:University degree or equivalent industry experienceTechnically proficient and hands-on in M3 technologies and components, including development skills in MEC, Event Hub/Event Analytics, Smart Office, LCM and GRIDBasic working knowledge of M3 business processes around supply chain fulfilment, finance (order to cash) and manufacturingAwareness of associated tools relevant to the role and that could be of use to the team and wider business, such as IIS, .NET, SharePoint, Java etc.Awareness of M3 installations hosted from an IBM environmentRelevant professional qualifications in Infor M3 and best practiceABOUT YOU:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalFlexible team player with a positive "can-do" attitude to their workMaintain knowledge of industry trends and new technologies to help develop capabilities as necessaryBENEFITS:25 days paid holiday (in addition to public holidays)Generous pension scheme and life assuranceOn-site Gym and Fitness ClassesEye tests & Flu JabsOccupational Health nurse on site monthly+ many other benefits!WORKING ARRANGEMENTS:This role is remote based however you will ideally be required to go on site for 1-2 days per month.
