My client are currently looking for SC cleared Continuous Improvement (Lean) Practitioner to join them on a contract basis.

You will play a key role in promoting, supporting and embedding a culture of sustainable change and continuous improvement. You will use your knowledge and experience of multiple Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies to identify improvements and efficiencies. You will monitor and improve organisational processes with the aim of making them as efficient as possible.

You will help with the design, facilitation and baseline of processes and identify areas of improvement in the organisation process using effective gap assessment.

*Lean CI practitioner experience, min. to Green Belt accreditation, preferably Black Belt qualified.

*Experience of applying Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and techniques, especially process mapping.

*Experience of working as part of a CI delivery team within a knowledge-based organisation.

*Experience building trusted working relationships with colleagues at all levels.

*Ability to work with, and provide challenge to, a wide range of stakeholders

*Highly effective communication, influencing and persuasion skills.

*Significant practical experience of leading and applying CI/Lean principles, tools & techniques with a variety of teams/areas.

*Proven ability to identify and implement benefits from CI/Lean work.

*Strong coaching skills.

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
