Software Engineer (C# .Net SQL XML Web) Are you a tech-driven individual looking for an opportunity where your ambition will be valued and your career progression a priority?

In this Software Engineer role you'll take ownership for solutions from specification through to implementation and deployment, partnering with other development teams and the broader company to identify relevant use cases to improve and extend the cutting-edge core application.

You'll have a broad remit of impactful responsibilities, from building and validating prototypes to translating them into enterprise-grade working components, ensuring the highest levels of product quality possible.

*Please note: this company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process during the current social distancing measures. The majority of work is completed remotely from the Guildford office (onsite parking available, regular bus shuttle from the station), and intend to remain working from home for the foreseeable. When you return to the office, you will have continued flexible work opportunities including work from home for part of the week.*

Requirements:

*You have a solid C# technical skillset and experience of developing with .Net

*You have strong SQL experience

*You have a good understanding of web technologies (specifically XML)

*They use REST, Docker, microservices on their development roadmap, so experience in these is highly advantageous

*You're degree educated (Computer Science, Maths or related discipline) and have strong Computer Science and OO fundamentals

*You're a proactive team player who excels when working collaboratively
