* Building Services Engineer covering Central London and surrounding

* PPM and reactive work

* Providing smart energy programs to clients

* Repairs and maintenance of AHU's, Fan Coils etc. The Person:

* Building Services Engineer - reactive & pre planned, installations

* Qualified / Apprentice trained

* Energy management experience
