Systems lead for E-Rostering systemThe NHS are looking for a Systems lead for E-Rostering system this will be to manage and provide system support on the E-Rostering system. To work together with the Trust's IT department to resolve any service issue that may arise. When rolling out to new departments to identify with the HR Leads any interventions and support needed for the introduction of new working practices and working patterns, and ensuring that policies and procedures are in place to facilitate their introduction. Rate: £174 a day Location: Two days on site , this is within the M4 corridor ,First two weeks on site training Inside IR35 Experience Experience of administering a complex staff payroll database Working to tight deadlines under pressureExperience of working with Oracle based reporting systems.Manipulating diverse data to produce accurate reportsProven experience of responding to needs to achieve customer satisfaction.Experience in writing and reviewing policies.Experience of providing IT trainingHigh level of expertise in Access and Excel, including writing VBA macros in MS ExcelAnalytical, able to work at a high level of concentration with an eye for detailAnalytical skills to retrieve complex information from a wide range of data sources and to present in a form that is easy to understand If this is you please apply, not all applicants we will be able to get back to due to high demand Please click here to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
