My Dublin-based client is looking for a Support Consultant to join the team on a permanent basis to provide customer support across Microsoft Dynamics products (particularly NAV / Business Central / Navision). Job ResponsibilitiesBe part of a team that manages implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics products (NAV, Dynamics 365, AX).Responsible for customer support, being the first point of contact for customer queries and issues.Research and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.Prioritise tickets in adherence to strict Service Level Agreements.Escalate queries to senior members of the team when necessary. Experience RequiredPrevious experience as a Support Consultant / Analyst for ERP systems (e.g. MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle)Candidates with experience in MS Dynamics products (NAV / Business Central, Dynamics 365, AX) extremely advantageousStrong background in a customer-facing role with an ability to handle technical queriesExperience working with Finance, Accounting, or Manufacturing industries would be a plus Essential and Desirable SkillsStrong IT / financial systems knowledgeExcellent communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of finance and/or manufacturing industries would be ideal Educational RequirementsThird level degree in Business Systems, Accounting, or another related field BenefitsWell-established and growing companyRemote working, even after Covid19Career development and on-the-job training
