Chinese Mandarin speaking Pre-Sales and Implementation Manager required by the Implementation team at this highly successful FinTech (retail technology) company, as they continue to strengthen their business in Asia.

Pre-Sales Manager / Implementation Manager - the role:

Working closely with various internal teams - a PMO (Project Management Office), Product Development, Software Development, and Sales; and external 3^rd party providers - this varied and interesting position will see you enabling and supporting the onboarding process of partners and merchants on to the client's technology platform, providing support and guidance along the way.

Key words to summarise the role: collaboration, integration, pre-sales, implementations, from demonstrations to go-live, project management, agile / scrum, representative, project scoping, technical solutions, presentations, training, documentation, client relationship management, remote work (10% travel).

Pre-Sales Manager / Implementation Manager - requirements:

Chinese Mandarin speaker, fluent.

Experience in a similar implementation role, supporting pre-sales projects in Asia

Any project management accreditations useful but not mandatory (e.g. PMP, Prince2, etc).

Pre-Sales Manager / Implementation Manager - location:

The client has offices in London but this role can be based remotely in the UK or continental Europe.  Going forward post-Covid, travel to Asia (China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan) with consist of 10% of the role.
