Change Manager - Salesforce - Training - User Adoption

£500 - £750 per day

Im working with a Global Financial Services client who is looking for a Salesforce Change Manager.

Fully remote inside IR35 contract

The successful candidate will be responsible for the adoption of the Salesforce platform in the business and will lead training & impromptu sessions with users, create training documentation, videos and Trailhead.

Requirements

* Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform with memberships and qualifications

* Worked in fast paced project teams

* Familiarity with Change Management & Project Management Methodologies e.g. APMG, PROSCI, Prince2, MSP

* Three plus yrs of experience in training and/or communications roles

o Experience of Digital Training approaches

o Experience with eLearning/LMS tools/My Trailhead
