Due to continued expansion our client requires an additional full time permanent Solutions Architect with experience in developing Enterprise level .NET software solutions.

You will work as part of a product team in the delivery and on-going maintenance of complex enterprise solutions built around our own Enterprise Framework. Core Duties/ResponsibilitiesResponsible for designing and documenting solutions which are fit for purpose and capable of being developed within commercial constraints.Responsible for devising and costing/estimating viable, bid winning solutions, working in conjunction with the sales team in; including the development of proofs of concepts.Responsible for creating, guiding and reviewing the solution architecture and designs for designated projects, in conjunction with the Principal Software and Solution Architects.Ensuring that all technology decisions satisfy both commercial and technical success criteria.Maintaining a current knowledge of technology and actively disseminates this knowledge at all levels.Involvement in the definition of solution direction and strategy, and the creation of technical standards and guidelines.Seek opportunities to deploy new technologies to the benefit of E-ICS and its customers.Identify and advocate ways to improve E-ICS effectiveness in solution design and implementation. Skills, Knowledge & ExperienceYou will have a degree level education BE/ME/MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science or other engineering degree. Experience of bespoke software development content and have solid experience in .NET software development in an Agile environment.You are a team player with good interpersonal skills and a drive to take ownership of and responsibility for the tasks assigned to you.Has experienced in working with remote based teams, owning and delivering the work to the remotely based Project Manager.Skills in setting up Test Data using appropriate tools.Knowledge of Enterprise Application / System Development standards.Ability to identify newer technologies and propose its suitable adoption in the line of products.Experience in using Source Control and Bug Tracking tools (preferably Microsoft DevOps). Essential technical knowledge:C#, ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVCN-Tier development (using WCF / WebAPI)Microsoft AzureGood understanding of OO concepts, Software Design Patterns & Best Practices (esp. SOLID, Dependency Injection / Inversion of Control)HTML,CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, JQuery, AngularJSSql Fundamentals, ANSI Standard T-SQL used in SQL ServerKnow HTTP(S) protocol, request methods (GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, DELETE, OPTIONS)JSON, XML, SOAPOctopus DeploymentDevOpsEntity Framework
