Engineering Manager position on offer for someone to play a fundamental part in the growth and development of an exciting and highly esteemed company that is looking to break into new industries.
Do you have experience of the design and manufacture of hydraulic and pneumatic controls systems and mechanical structures? Have you worked with Subsea Oil & Gas products?
This company are leaders in the design and manufacturing of a wide range of Subsea equipment for the Oil & Gas industry. Their services include equipment and maintenance, assembly and testing, Installation, and manufacturing and design. With opportunities to expand into new industries they are looking for an accomplished Engineering Manager to join them.
This role requires an individual with an in depth knowledge of the Subsea manufacturing and design industry, with a strong understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics. The role also involves strong leadership skills and the capacity to lead a team.
The ideal person will be able to work with the design and manufacturing of hydraulic and pneumatic subsea products (IWOC's) with experience in structural frames/ containers to DNV standards. They will be multi-disciplined individual with a mechanical and structural background and will be able to deal with engineering obstacles, strategic solutions, process development and continuously look to improve themselves and other around them.

The Person:
* Strong experience in hydraulics/ pneumatic controls systems.
* Mechanical and Structural background/experience
* Experience in offshore Subsea products
* Ideally designed structural frames/ containers to DNV standards
* Ideally will have designed IWOC's
