JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Test and environment manager PAYE or limited company ( Mandatory ) PAYE Inside IR35 Location:London Job Purpose and primary objectives: The End User Technology team is committed to delivering enterprise class end user productivity solutions and is responsible for all aspects of the design, configuration, integration and migration to these technologies into the firm.We are looking for a person to perform a Test / Environment Manager role to deliver many components of the office 365 program within the core team for the bank. Working with the relevant engineers, specialists and stakeholders across the tech and business department to successfully deliver an O365 platform to the firm. The O365 program is a multiyear project and will be delivering O365 services to the vast majority of the firm.The candidate will have a very strong organizational skills, great communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with others in a truly global team. The candidate will be responsible for analysing, collecting and driving tasks to a successful outcome in an efficient and accurate manor. Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): ? Manage key foundational environments and test strategy for Office 365 programme ? Ensuring all tasks are successfully tracked and delivered against the plan ? Developing, implementing and evolving test practices for Office 365 project delivery ? Work with business and technical streams to support definition of integrated test strategy and approach ? Introduce, document and govern methodology to support practical delivery of tests and environments across the project ? Lead / assure test effort across projects providing practical support and management ? Manage and track environment changes following Morgan Stanley change management processes ? Manage technical deployments and releases to the environments ? Provide automation and tooling strategy advisory Key Skills/Knowledge: ? 5+ years of technology testing and environment management ? Track record of defining multiple test strategies, including planning of test approach, test data management and environments ? Exposure to Office 365 testing approaches ? Experienced in managing Dev and QA environments including test data ? Strong experience of test best practices and available methodologies & tools ? Industry experience delivered via IT test (DevOps, Agile, Automation) ? Appreciation and experience of security, legal and regulatory/compliance controls required to move data into a cloud service, preferably from the finance sector ? Prior experience of working in financial services or consulting firm preferred ? Working knowledge of / familiarity with Office 365 offerings e.g. OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business ? Managing hybrid Office 365 environments ? Working knowledge of / familiarity with ITIL. Certification to ITIL Foundation level is a minimum ? Strong problem solving and analytical skills ? Experience of running projects in an agile mode beneficial ? Office365 experience ? Strong MS Excel, Project and scheduling skills ? Good MS PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio skills ? Automation / scripting Duration of the Assignment:6 months
