Senior Estimator

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a dynamic and well-established Civil Engineering firm and progress to the next step in their career.

Delivering high quality Civil Engineering projects for a wide range of both public and private sector clients. Working within different industries including residential, infrastructure, leisure and energy sectors.

Within this role you will be undertaking and evaluating estimates on live projects. Review tender documents and assist with the preparation of sub-contractors and material enquires. On a regular basis you will be liaising with Subcontractors, Pre-Construction and Delivery teams. You will also liaise with the bid team to develop bid strategy and maintain an up to date knowledge of labour, plant and sub-contractors.

The successful candidate will have a degree within a relevant engineering discipline and extensive knowledge and experience within civil tendering. They will also be computer literate with working knowledge of MS Projects.

The Role:

*Review and disseminate tender documentation

*Present Estimates for review by deadline date

*Liase with different parties to deliver project specifications

*Assist with the preparation of sub-contract and material enquiries

The Person:

*Extensive Experience as a Estimator within Civil Engineering

*Bachelors Degree within a relevant Engineering discipline

*Track record of delivering tenders on Civil projects
