Technical Support Engineer (Renewables)

£25'000 - £30'000 + Training + Progression + Pension + Holiday

Excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to join an international renewable energy company where you will receive in-depth training and have the opportunity to progress within the company.

Based in Huddersfield, this company supply solar PV, EV charging and energy storage products to companies worldwide. Working with companies such as Tesla, they are seen as the industry leaders and have strong expansion plans for the coming years.

In this role you will provide pre and post sales technical support to customer's consisting of design advice, planning, application and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar technical support role with knowledge of solar PV, energy storage and electric vehicle charging systems.

The role:

*Pre and post-sale support.

*Telephone support to customers - design, planning, application and trouble shooting.

*Communicate with wide range of customers with tailored approach

*Full training will be provided.

The person:

*Previous experience in a technical support role

*Keen to build a career in renewables

*Knowledge of Solar PV / battery storage / EV charging will be an advantage
