Excellent role an ambitious person within Technical Helpdesk of Digital Telecoms/IT to join the companies ever expanding customer service division where you will become the go to person when it comes to solving the company's technical issues.

Do you have previous experience working within a Service Desk position? Do you come from a Digital Telecoms or IT background?
