Excellent role on offer for a delf-motivated Technical Support Consultant to join the companies ever expanding service division where you will become the go to person when it comes to solving the company's technical issues.

Do you have previous experience working within a Service Desk position? Do you come from a Digital Telecoms or IT background?

In this role you will be based from the companies office but will require travel around the UK and Ireland to diagnose and resolve technical issues, alongside this you will be providing necessary documentation, resolutions and coordination of your findings and reporting them to in house desk support and the R&D department.

The ideal candidate will have come from a Service Desk background and has worked in a similar industry before (Digital Telecoms/IT/Similar). Looking to advance their career by joining a forward-thinking global company, which can facilitate training, development, and progression.
