We are looking for an experienced and motivated SAP HR Consultant to join our lively international team and work on projects. Responsibilities* Analyse company processes* Functional analysis of user requirements* Design tailored solutions based on SAP system* Draw up technical-functional specifications* Cooperate and collaborate with SAP global teams for SAP implementations both in terms of configuration and programming* Test and verify implemented solutions performing UAT with end users * Instruct and support company staff on the use of the modules day-to-day * Provide support for any issues related to SAP systems * Implement new SAP functionalityWhat We Are Looking For * Experience as SAP Module consultant for HR and SuccessFactors * SAP Project Manager experience in multinational companies or consulting firms * SAP ABAP Programming Tools including Report and Transaction creation, Enhancements, Conversion Programs, SAPscript, and Smart Forms * Problem solving aptitude * Good communication & analytical skills * Interest for new technologies and systems * Passion for change management & innovative projects * Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree Preferred
