International Banking Group - Contract

PAYE Umbrella: Total Rate up to £557pd (Inside IR35*)

Home Based / Remote Working - Initial 6 Months

Risk Framework Implementation - ESMA

As a preferred and trusted recruitment partner to this international banking group for over eight years, we are assisting in the hire of a contract IT Risk Business Analyst with excellent experience of Risk Management Frameworks to join them on an initial 6-month contract.

You will be supporting the implementation of the European Securities and Market Authority (ESMA Framework) Guidelines on Cloud Outsourcing.

You will perform gap analysis to identify existing and adequate controls, document the relevant control requirements of ESMA and work with the relevant business units to implement control requirements and develop strategic plans and roadmaps to cover outstanding control requirements.

Skills / Experience Required

oRisk Framework Development and Deployment

oUnderstanding of key regulatory and other framework guidance around access management (e.g. EBA-ICT, FFIEC, NIST, COBIT, FCA, ESMA, etc.)

oProven experience on Cloud Outsourcing and Governance

oProven experience of Vendor Onboarding and Risk Management

oIdentity and Access Management (IDM / IDAM) Processes, Procedures and Controls

oDelivering Cloud Governance to meet Compliance Requirements.

oCloud Systems Management within highly complex environments

oCurrent best practice approaches to security assurance and applying security frameworks

oPlanning and prioritising multiple workstreams

oExperience as a BA and/or solution design in other cybersecurity domains

*Inside IR35 (PAYE Umbrella): This contract is Inside IR35 and you will need to contract via an Umbrella company on PAYE. The all-in figure is made up of a base rate (which includes holiday accrual), plus an uplift covering for Employer's NI (13.8%), Pension (3%) and the Apprenticeship Levy (0.5%). The base rate for this role is budgeted between £450 to £475 per day. After the uplift this is £527.85 to £557.18 per day.

Feedback from those individuals has always been positive, and almost all contract positions extend beyond their initial 6 months, so renewals are highly likely.
