As a Barclays Data Migration Analyst you will be working within our Trade and Working Capital (TWC) function and will be responsible for the migration of data to a new Trade platform. Our Trade Operations department is currently in the process of replacing the existing Trade processing system and you will form part of a project team which will be responsible for not only migrating data, but also responsible for cleansing data to ensure a swift migration.

Ensuring transactions are migrated in line with controls and procedures and validate all conditions have been satisfied before releasing a transaction Identifying, analysing and communicating cleansing/migration issues to the Team Leader in order to resolve and implement solution to prevent re-occurrence Maintaining proactive collaboration and communication with key stakeholders to guide and influence in order to ensure completion of tasks end to end Owning any issues and managing them through to resolution Working with Project managers and taking joint responsibility for the control of the workflow to ensure team performance is optimised  Suggesting ideas to improve processes where necessary and evaluating the benefits and risks of such Working with the onshore and offshore teams to prioritize tasks that need to be turned around on an exceptional basis Proactively contributing to team performance through maintaining a flexible approach and being receptive to change What we're looking for: Ability to work in a fast paced environment Good interpersonal skills coupled with both oral and written communication skills Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and think on their feet Good verbal and written communications skills  Skills that will help you in the role: Previous experience in the banking sector Risk and control awareness Qualification in UK Finance Certificate in LEAN/ Lean competency Where will you be working?
