Cloud Team Lead - CopenhagenMy client, a leading player in the advertising and marketing industry in Denmark, is actively seeking a Cloud Team Lead.My client innovates to deliver the full promise of their cloud products in the domain of marketing. They specialise in activating companies own marketing data, i.e. inventory/stock data, customer behaviour data, sales data etc...My client helps companies use their data better in online advertising, websites or apps. They build and release their solutions fast and efficient for live market testing. They need a person to manage their engineering team, help resource planning, and project manage larger projects with the team. The team this person is taking on has a track record of success and haven't historically operated under any formalise processes. They recently implemented coding principles and a high-level project management approach along with the team. Their team still self-organises around each project they deliver.The Cloud Team Lead will be a part of the business planning group, and will be responsible for planning of resources and managing projects top-line along with another project manager.This role will have 4 direct references, all experienced developers and the team lead will get to hire one extra developer in 2021 8-12 years work experienceGood technical foundation: They primarily use JavaScript, Python & SQL:
