You would be managing an annual operational budget of up to £7million with a workforce of 500 people.The business provides sophisticated products supplying into a diverse range of industrial sectors including scientific instrumentation, semiconductor manufacturing, medical and pharmaceutical. You would need a technical background with a degree in an engineering or scientific field.If you have experience at senior leadership level managing large teams in a technical service or operational capacity, with a track record of leading product development or manufacturing functions then this may be the right career move for you.The role will provide competitive compensation up to £150,000 plus up to 20% bonus and comprehensive benefits including private healthcare.
