Are you from a sales background and looking for a widely responsible Operations Manager role where you will be at the forefront of growing this global supplier's power industry? Work closely with the company's business development manager to build and maintain contracts in the rail, infrastructure, mining and tunnelling industries. This company are global leaders of supplying high voltage power systems to many industries and are involved in some of the biggest projects in the world. They are offering an operation manager role for a candidate with a sales background looking to oversee a small office and build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. They are looking for a reliable employee who wants to work for a top business with a very low staff turnover and ready to take on a great challenge.

The Role:

* Operations Manager

* Oversee a team of five - 4 admin staff and 1 project manager

* Check over monthly, quarterly and annual revenue streams

* Build and maintain relationships in the power industry working alongside BDM

* Liaise with engineering, quoting and production team to ensure projects are running well and on time

The Person:

* Experience managing office staff (i.e. operations manager or similar)

* Business development / Technical sales background required

* Electrical bias - experience working with high voltage power systems (HV)

* Commutable to an office London but willing to travel
