Linux Infrastructure Engineer (DevOps Python IaaS) *Remote Process* Would you like an opportunity to make an impact in a global trading organisation?

In this Linux Infrastructure Engineer role you'll join a highly collaborative team responsible for running mission-critical services including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Build and Deploy, Research and Trading; supporting globally distributed services across APAC, EMEA and AMER regions.
Your support will directly contribute to the smooth operation of the company as a whole, as you'll take ownership of providing critical tier 1 and 2 support across all services, prioritising rapid responses to outages and issues to minimise trade flow impact and ensure a highly available environment.
*Please note: this company is able to offer an entirely remote interview and onboarding process during the current social distancing measures. You'll join offices in the heart of the City in due course, with continued flexible work opportunities.*
Requirements:

You have commercial experience in an Infrastructure / Technical Support position
You have good working knowledge of Linux / UNIX administration (RHEL; CentOS; OEL preferred)
You have high level scripting ability with Python and bash
You have experience with Infrastructure automation (e.g. Chef, Puppet or Ansible)
You're familiar with TCP/IP, Multicast, tcpdump, clocking (PTP, NTP)
You have knowledge of monitoring infrastructure (e.g. ELK, Prometheus)
You're degree educated in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
