My renowned client in Geneva, a global leading provider of security solutions is currently in need of a Chief of Staff - Information Security (m/f/d) for the following permanent position:

Key Responsibilities

Working within the Group the Chief of Staff will not only directly support the CISO but will also be responsible for the multi-disciplinary delivery of technical and non-technical security projects.

Ensuring their alignment to a wider Information Security Strategy and touching every area of security operations.

This role is demanding and will require an experienced practitioner to support wide-ranging activities including team management, technology implementation, state-of-the-art operative deployments alongside the logistical support of recruitment, regulatory relations, governance creation and budgeting.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as an advisor to the CISO - plan and direct all administrative, financial, and operational activities.
• Organise and prioritise critical issues and required information for the Senior Leadership Team to facilitate efficient decision making.
• Support the CISO in Global Security Strategy development to drive InfoSec maturity within the company
• Represent the CISO in relevant meetings, discussions, and conference calls.
• Act as a point of contact between top-level management and security stakeholders.
• Oversee the execution of all strategic and operational Security plans.
• Prepare internal business briefings on InfoSec operations, strategy, and initiatives - including the development of meeting agendas and materials for key leadership meetings.
• Responsible for the management of Contractor Projects, and the day-to-day needs of the wider InfoSec team, in support of strategic priorities.
• Assist InfoSec PM's with logistical support and development of subsequent and supporting documentation, reporting and metrics.
• Perform RFP, contractual & budget management of all Projects allocated within InfoSec
• Support Information Security's Assurance & CI/CD processes.

What you bring

It essential that the Chief of Staff has had proven experience at delivering InfoSec programmes and projects in mid-to major corporates, comprising of multiple entities, and across international boundaries - working in senior roles and interacting regularly with director-level/C-suite colleagues.

You can expect to travel up to 30% of the time in order to support our ethos of strong stakeholder collaboration and ensuring that Security continues to be embedded into our business and, ultimately, protect our customer's homes and families.

Required Experience:

• Demonstrable experience in directly managing successful teams in matrix-managed organisations.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills -be able to communicate complex, technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences.
• A strong background across InfoSec as a discipline.
• Experience of large-scale procurement; requirements development, SLA's, vendor management etc.
• Strong programme management skills and experience of delivering across enterprises.
• Significant budget creation and management experience (ideally greater than EUR7M), including the use of financial tools for PR & PO creation/reporting (e.g Navision, ExFlow, Oracle etc).
• Familiarity with programme reporting methodologies and tools (eg JIRA, Confluence, AHA etc)
• Written and Spoken Fluency in English.

Desired Experience:

• Relevant security certification (e.g. MSP, CISM etc)
• Experience with IoT; particularly smart home technologies, and their business processes
• Written and spoken Fluency in Spanish
