A Senior Software Engineer - Embedded Development is urgently required by this leading development organisation to be based at their R+D Centre in Gothenburg. The Senior Software Engineer - Embedded Development will be responsible for developing low level software, board bring up and BSPs for infotainment systems used in the automotive industry. Working in a real time (QNX, Linux, Android) environment the Senior Software Engineer - Embedded Development will be part of a team developing platform components for the display head unit to successfully host and run Automotive OS applications and functionalities. You will have a minimum 5 years post graduate hands on embedded software, C / C++ development skills. You will have a good knowledge of low level development including board bring up and developing BSPs. Your skills should also include real time development (QNX, RTOS, VXWorks), embedded Linux and preferably some knowledge of Android frameworks. Any knowledge of automotive infotainment would also be beneficial. You must be already based in the EU and fully authorised to work in the EU.
