Junior NAV D365/ BC Analyst (£30k)Remote Position The Role:The Junior NAV Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our Microsoft NAV systems upon which our business operations depend. Responsibilities will also include the delivery of support for our reporting applications that provide users with insights and data to do their jobs. The job holder will have the responsibility to support the successful running of company systems across Europe and the United States. Expectations:Deliver First and Second line NAV support - answering user's questions, and troubleshooting business tasks such as reservation logic etc.Be responsible for routine NAV tasks.First and Second line Reporting support - advising our users on the best way to access our data, including building reports in ZAP, Excel (or successor systems) and updating things such as Targets and Results etc.Support development of NAV, under guidance of IT Manager.If not already skilled, develop competence in PHP development to allow creation of feed reports and EDI integration's Other tasksImplement integration's and automation's with our business partnersSupport project teams during related implementations of additional business systemsDocumenting Business processes To be successful in the role?
