Electrical Estimator (Switchgear) Glasgow £30,000 - £40,000 Basic + Training + Progression + Stability + Security + Pension + Package Are you an experienced electrical estimator with experience working on industrial switchgear looking to work for a bespoke design company where you will be seen as a valued member of the team whilst enjoying full job security? We are recruiting for a unique and specialist company who design bespoke switchgear solutions to various military and government contracts UK and worldwide. Due to continued growth throughout the last year (despite the global pandemic) this company has a fantastic opportunity available for an electrical estimator with knowledge of switchgear, looking to work for an employer who values their employees and treats them as more than just another number. The Role:

* Electrical estimator role working on electrical switchgear.

* Support customer projects from generating priced quotes through to final close out for Low Voltage switchgear projects

* Interpret client enquiries, through to compiling cost effective technical and commercial compliant solution tenders

* The creation of tender switchboard GA's as required

* Office based position The Person:

* Must have knowledge / experience of low voltage switchgear.

* Will need experience / knowledge of using AutoCAD

* Be able to produce tenders, material quotations and specifications

* Must have a background as an electrical estimator / proposals engineer or similar.

* Must have proven qualifications at a minimum of City & Guilds / HNC level

* Need to be commutable to Glasgow.
