Data Developer / Engineer London / WfH to £65k

Data Developer / Engineer (Python AWS ETL). Are you a data centric technologist? You could be progressing your career working on complex systems, taking ownership and influencing technology choices on a modern tech stack at a scale-up technology company.

As a Data Developer / Engineer you'll partner with Data Scientists to design, build and ship new data centric features from scratch across a wide range of platforms and languages; as well as building ETL pipelines in AWS. You'll collaborate to solve problems and make technology choices, using the right tool for the job and gain exposure to streaming technologies such as Kafka and Prometheus in a software focussed environment.

The company is well funded, enjoying great success and growing as a result - you could quickly progress to a Data Architect or leadership position.

The company can currently offer a remote interview and onboarding process as well as work from home; in time you'll join your team in London, City based offices with continued flexibility to work remotely for part of the week or fulltime as desired.

Requirements:

You have strong Data Engineering experience

You can code with Python and / or Java and Scala

You have a good knowledge / experience with AWS

You're experienced with building ETL pipelines

You're collaborative with good communication skills, you enjoy problem solving and tech discussions

You're keen to take ownership and progress your career in a tech drive company
