Job Title: SAP PMO LeadInside IR 35
Location:Chessington London
Job Purpose and primary objectives: Lead PMO Team for SAP programme using MS project Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): Individual - To Manage PMO resources to deliver programme support cross the Delivery. Be responsible for ensuring the programme adheres to policies, plans and standards throughout the implementation.

Key Skills/Knowledge: PMO Leadership across SAP Project/Programme
Strong Management Skills Good knowledge of MS project Strong methodical approach to set up and execution of PMO Experience required: ? Manage Transformation Programme management office including on and off shore staff ? Experienced in managing a PMO team on large SAP ERP engagements. ? Experience in defining and building a programme management office for large ERP engagements ? Define and facilitate governance rules and structure for large programmes ? Provide reporting to support decision making at governance forums ? Overall risk and issue management - set up the approach, monitor risks and issues and follow defined escalation procedures ? Facilitate dependency management between Tracks and with External programmes ? Manage Programme scope and facilitate change control process ? Manage the tracking and Reporting of deliverables and plan progress ? Experience of Tools and Methodology used within PMO (MS project, JIRA, Teams) ? Soft skills o Should be very structured in thinking and have ability to prioritise issues o Exceptional communication skills o Very good stakeholder management skills o Strong leadership ? Experience in full life cycle SAP S/4 programmes is required ? Strong , confident character ? 12+ years of experience ? Bachelor's degree ? Willingness to travel to sites within UK Duration of the Assignment:Initial - 6 months
