Senior Project ControllerPermanent, Salisburyc.£37,000 + Full Benefits Package includes - Contributory pension scheme, share incentive plan, medical scheme, childcare vouchers and other leisure discounts etcThe JobA leading defence technology company are looking for a Project Controls specialist who will be responsible for the delivery of project controls within a dynamic team. Working closely with the Programme Manager in a leadership role they will ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency is developed across the business.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and maintenance of positive engagement with project and programme managers and other key delivery partnersDelivery of the project controls outputs, to agreed standards in support of customer satisfaction, time, cost, quality, cash and salesEnsuring project controls team members operate in line with the Operating FrameworkMaintenance of all appropriate reporting needs in support of project and programme deliveryApplication of governance requirements such as lifecycle, project and independent reviews.RequirementsPrevious experience within Project ControlsCompetency with SAP, MS Projects and ExcelExperience in Stakeholder managementPeople Management skills with a strong desire to manage and develop other people.
