Für meinen Kunden bin ich auf der Suche nach einem "Junior to Mid-level Deskside Support Analyst" für Haar bei München (w/m/d).Start: 01.02.2021

Ende: 30.09.2021

Auslastung: Vollzeit

Vertragsart: Externe befristete Festanstellung

Standort: Namhafter Kunde in Haar/München (Home Office möglich)Responsibilities

Provide end-user support to the client community.

* Provide Install Move Add Change (lMAC), Break-Fix and end user support activities as required.

* Where required, provide support for the Manufacturing "Shop- Floor" handhelds, laptops and

scanner devices.

* Perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migrations and/or eDiscovery.

* Stage, Build and Image systems with standard client image (aka eCore)Skills

* Good Communication Skills in German and English.

* Good Analytic / Troubleshooting Skills.

* Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Svstem.

* Working knowledge of MS Office/Office 365 and basic business application.

* Good Customer Support Skills.

* Minimum 1 year desk side support service experience.

* Basic knowledge of networks, telecom and compute/storage.
