There a number of new roles open in this team due to new projects and growth.The RoleThe role of Senior Operational Analysis (OA) Consultant sits within the Operational Analysis and Strategic Consulting Teams as part of our Analysis, Modelling and Simulation discipline. We provide experts in operational analysis (known outside defence as Operational Research), strategic thinking, options analysis, qualitative methods and quantitative modellingYou will be developing and presenting analytical approaches and subsequent OA evidence to scrutiny and assurance bodiesAs the Senior OA you will be conducting options analysis using approaches such as, but not limited to, Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA);Collaborating with colleagues to develop technical approaches to problems for submission in proposals to clientsLeading multi-disciplinary teams in delivering complex projects and programmes is also a key part of your roleYou will also be writing technical reports (including white papers, research papers, project reports and business cases);The FitYou will need to have a background working in an analysis position such as business analysis, operational analysis, business consultantYou will also need to have to experience of designing a task end-to-endPrevious experience of liaising with external clients will also be beneficial for this positionTo Apply:If you're ready to apply, fantastic!
