Quantity Surveyor (Civils & Groundworks)

£30-50k + 20 Days holiday + Bank Holidays

Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with Civils and Groundworks experience to manage multiple road surfacing works and civil engineering projects for an exponentially growing business, offering an autonomous role with a great annual salary.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Quantity Surveying with relevant experience in Civil Engineering projects. You will have managed multiple projects at once from pre-tender, estimating take-offs and provide detailed reports. This is to analyse and forecast commercial risks to ensure the performance objectives of each projects are maximised.

The Role:

* Managing multiple projects simultaneously

* Estimating and Take offs to SMM7 / NRM2

* Preparing detailed reporting for coasts and financial performance

* Assist in successful planning and execution

The Person:

* Experience in Quantity Surveying on Groundworks and Civils projects

* Can take off drawings to identify components of project that can be measured and priced

* Relevant Degree - Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering

* Competent knowledge of NEC3/ICC/JCT
