EstimatorMarket Rasen£30,000 - £40,000 + Excellent Benefits Unique opportunity for an Estimator to join a growing company where you will play a key role in a range of interesting projects while receiving lots of support to become a technical expert in the field.This company specialise in the design, manufacture and construction of specialist buildings for a range of lucrative sectors. Going from strength to strength, they have grown consistently for the last 5 years and currently have a full order book. As a result of this growth, they are now looking for an Estimator to join their close-knit team.In this role, you will play a key role in tendering for projects valued between £20k - 2m. You will receive lots of training and support to become a technical expert within the industry and as the business grows you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and progress your career.The ideal candidate will have Estimating experience ideally from an Industrial/Commercial background.

The Role:

* Estimator - Specialist Design & Build company

* Tendering for projects ranging in value from £20k - 2m

* Quantify labour, materials & plant machinery requirements.

* Appraising tender documents, preparing sub-contract and procurement of materials.

* Producing detailed and measured bills of quantities.

The person:

* Must have previous Estimating experience

* Must have a Construction background - ideally Industrial / Commercial

* Must live within a commutable distance of Market Rasen
