Support Engineer London to £30k
Support Engineer (Windows / Linux Microsoft Office 365) *Remote Interview WFH*. Would you like to work on cutting edge security / encryption products and progress your career within a friendly and informal team environment?
You could be joining a successful and expanding Cyber Security software house that provide encryption and information security products to a range of finance, government, defence, law enforcement and pharmaceutical companies.
As a Support Engineer you will provide 2nd line support to clients and partners reporting technical issues via email, phone and web. You'll be responsible for accurately logging tickets; performing initial debugging and testing of issues and resolving those that do not require escalation.
The company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process; in time you will be joining an international team, working in a relaxed software house environment (i.e. non-corporate, casual dress, table football), in Central London offices - with some continued flexibility to work at home.
Requirements:
Degree educated, Computer Science preferred
Commercial experience in a similar technical support / application support role
Good working knowledge of both Windows and Linux OS
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Logical mindset with a love of problem solving
Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
Genuine enthusiasm for technology with a strong desire to learn and improve
Collaborative with strong communication skills
Nice to have: Cloud experience (AWS, Azure); Terraform
