Senior Quantity Surveyor

£65,000-£85,000 & Negotiable Package

Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years' experience (of impletion to completion development - commercial, residential, multi-use experience), looking to join a rapidly expanding company on a wide range of projects within the building development sector.

In this role you will work in as a lead QS where you will hold the full knowledge and expertise within your field. You will work mainly on new builds within the companies market.

They now require a Senior quantity surveyor to add and provide their construction knowledge in costs and contracts to the team.

The Role

* Working mainly on a project in London (alongside others)

* Provide an expertise in construction costs and contracts

* Be the lead Quantity Surveyor within the team.

The Person:

* 5 years or more experience as a quantity surveyor (within construction)

* Degree desirable (Construction based)

* Industry experience and knowledge within the construction sector (Property development)
