A Senior Compiler Research Engineer is sought by this leading global communications and technology company to be based at their R+D Centre in Zurich. The Senior Compiler Research Engineer will be responsible for fundamental research on emerging compiler and architecture technology. The Senior Compiler Research Engineer will also be responsible for working at the leading edge of this technology to achieve breakthroughs in research and innovation. The successful candidate will have achieve a PhD in a related area to computing systems or have equivalent research experience in industry. Your research background will include experience in one or more of the following: CPU Compilers, Compilers and Microarchitecture, Compiler/Architecture Co-Design, Just-In-Time Compilation, Hardware / Software Co-optimisation, Static/Dynamic Compiler and Runtime Systems, Code Generation and Optimisation or Software Profiling for Hardware Optimisation. You should be happy presenting an publishing papers in this area of computing systems too.
