Lead Hardware Engineer (m/f)

I am looking for a talented Lead Electronic Engineer to join an exciting and successful startup in Belgium, offering an attractive salary package, flexible working and the opportunity to join a team of engineers who are passionate about their product.

As the Lead Electronic Engineer, you will lead a team of 3 engineers whilst remaining hands-on in the design and architecture of their product. You will develop, integrate and evaluate embedded electronics, work with the Snr management team to level-up their engineering standards, and Lead all design reviews.

As well as having the above experience, the successful candidate will need to have the following technical expertise

• Experience with PCB architecture 
• Knowledge of RF circuits and power electronics
• Experience working with a product for high-volume manufacturing
• Experience with wireless communication technology
