Engineering Design Manager (Marine / Lifting Equipment / Structural)

Do you have Design and Management experience within a Marine / Lifting Equipment / Structural industry, looking to manage a wide range of design projects and be the Technical expert within a specialist company?

This is a rare opportunity to work on designs from concept to completion whilst overseeing a highly skilled team of engineers. Working with a range of clients, you will make specific adjustments for each project. This is a pivotal role in the growth of the business where you will have a strong influence across several departments.

This position would require you to be the Technical expert within the company and have influence across several departments. You will also lead the design office and be hands on with the product design.

This role would suit someone with Design and Management experience from a Marine / Lifting Equipment / Structural industry looking manage specialist projects and be the Technical expert within the company.
