The ideal candidate will be a HNC qualified Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years in relevant residential projects. You will prosper in a dynamic and empowered environment that requires you to take responsibility for tracking and monitoring of multiple sites at once.

The Role:

* Supporting in all surveying, estimating and purchasing associated with projects

* Monitoring, tracking and cost control of all work outsourced to subcontractors and external suppliers

*A balanced mixture of Office and Site based work

* Managing 4/5 sites at a time

The Person:

* HNC, Degree or Equivalent

* Experience working on relevant residential projects

* Ability to effectively communicate with all team member's and senior management

* Attention to detail and accuracy
